Janton C-Fab is the first manufacturing plant to offer you a fully comprehensive service. For all your positioning aids and orthoses, we can cover your subcontracting requirements: CAD/CAM, carving, thermoforming, carbon lamination, assembly, finishing, padding, embroidery, etc.
In addition to this extensive range of services, you can combine our frames, joints and components with your made-to-measure apparatus.
CAD/CAM
The CAD/CAM team creates the 3D model based on your measurements (moulds, scan files, measurement forms). We can rectify your apparatus in accordance with your requirements.
Carving
With its 7-axis robots and carving machines, Janton’s C-Fab is able to carve different types of materials such as soft foams or hard foams for your positive models. We offer a wide range of foams, such as Copli, Comed, Coflex, Coferm and Plastazote, to precisely match your requirements.
Thermoforming
Using a flexible and precise manufacturing technique, we can thermoform your apparatus from polyethylene sheets.
Precision assembly
Our staff are specialists in orthopaedics and will use their expertise to assist you in fulfilling your requirements.
Haute-couture finishes
From seat corset covers to the padding of leather-and-steel orthoses, the sewing workshop can create the covers and finishing touches for your apparatus. We are also equipped with an embroidery machine to create personalised covers.
