Design and prototyping

Working from your specifications, our technical teams analyse your requirements and propose solutions tailored to your needs.

Thanks to our digital tools, software and prototyping equipment, we can model and co-develop solutions tailored to your needs (FREEFORM, SOLIDWORKS, CADWIN, POWERMILL, composite 3D scanners and printers, etc.).

A renowned specialist in filament winding

JANTON COMPOSITE, a specialist in filament winding, applies its expertise to the manufacture of composite tubes (carbon, glass, etc.).

Pre-impregnated fibre is deposited on a rotating tool to produce any type of tube (cylindrical, square, elliptical, etc.). The application angles give the tube its mechanical properties. Our robotised manufacturing capabilities mean that we can produce your R&D parts.

Thanks to the diversity of our winding equipment, we can cater for all your needs, from one-off products to medium-sized production runs.

Expertise in the infusion process

For large parts, we are experts in the infusion process. This process for vacuum-forming composite materials involves advancing a low-viscosity catalysed liquid resin into a covered mould containing reinforcements.

Vacuum lamination

Vacuum contact lamination is used to produce parts by impregnating dry fabrics with resin, according to a drape forming plan. The folds are placed manually on a tool to produce the finished product after curing at room temperature.

We have the manufacturing resources to produce our own flexible laminating tools (foam, plaster, metal, wood, etc.).

Vacuum prepreg

For your technical parts requirements, we have manufacturing stations for laying prepreg plies (glass, carbon, Kevlar). Based on a predetermined drape forming plan, we make the product on tooling before oven curing.

Composite 3D printing

For your prototyping or technical parts production requirements, we have a range of 3D FDM printers at our disposal.

Manufactured from nylon and reinforced with glass, carbon or Kevlar fibres, our printing specialists will use their expertise to help you define your requirements.

From finishing to the final touches

To deliver a comprehensive service, we have a broad range of capabilities: – Assembly by bonding, riveting, etc.

  • Paint, varnish finishes, etc.
  • Cutting, turning, etc.

Our partners are also on hand to take charge of certain services: NC machining, water jet cutting, centre-less grinding, etc.
